PREMIUM MEMBER.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE.
Only Premium Members are eligible to become Business Associates in Hom. Business Associates must collect the price for the goods or services purchased by their members in the wallet via QR code.
A Business Associate can create a discount offer for purchasing discount vouchers on products of their choice. Business Associates should treat all members of their team, business dealers, and business partners with respect. If a Business Associate’s rating is fewer than three stars, the company may cancel their registration and join another Business Associate in the same industry. Business Associates can market their company on hom’s platform for free for one year, as well as providing 10-second advertisement films or banners in the app.
Business Associates are not allowed to sell things that are restricted by the government. If any problems occur in the future, their affiliation will be canceled. The corporation will back the government against any actions taken. The commission ratio between the Associate and the company will be decided by the business category, and the firm maintains the right to adjust it from time to time. BUSINESS PARTNER.
Only Premium Members can become Business Partners. To become a Business Partner, pay Rs 2500/- and immediately receive a hom value of Rs 5000. This bonus value of Rs 5000 can be encashed or returned by enrolling 50 Premium Members at Rs 99 apiece. Making 50 Premium Members within one month of registering as a Business Partner will result in a one-year data pack of 1 GB net and unlimited calling for one year, provided that all Premium Members have downloaded the hom app on their mobile devices. No fictitious Premium Members will be counted.
Following that, the Business Partner must make one Business Partner or one Business Associate required to use the recharge function every month.
The Business Partner can enroll Members, Premium Members, Business Partners, Business Associates, and other types of dealers both online and offline, earning referral commissions on these transactions. If the Business Partner is given a district dealership, all taluka dealerships in that district must be opened within one year. Taluka dealerships need all cities and villages in the taluka to be built within 18 months. For city dealerships, the full value must be redeemed within 6 months, whereas for village dealerships, within 3 months. If any dealer fails to meet these requirements within the designated time frame, their dealership will be canceled, with no excuses accepted.
The Business Partner cannot change their name after completing KYC. The corporation has complete authority to make changes to the circular. If a Business Partner is discovered working with another networking company and spreading negative information about hom or misguiding any hom members, their ID will be revoked, and they will forfeit all referral commission advantages if found guilty.
Commission transfer requests will be processed after 72 hours. As a digital platform, hom expects Business Partners to collaborate with the company in the event of technological challenges or errors. If a Business Partner uses errors to act against the firm, the company maintains the right to terminate the partnership.
In the event of the Business Partner’s death, their benefits will be automatically passed to their nominee, who will be deemed the legal heir and will be entitled to 100% of all benefits if the Business Partner wishes to continue the Partnership. If they are unable to manage the business, they will receive only half of the proceeds for the rest of their lives.

VILLAGE DEALER
Solely Premium Members can become Village Dealers, and this position will be available solely to residents of that area or city. A charge of Rs 10,000/- is required as part of the Business Package for Village Dealership, and the dealer will receive Rs 10,000/- as hom value right away.

It is the Area Dealer’s responsibility to attend meetings at both the Taluka Dealer and Company levels. The Dealer in the rural area must guarantee that the Business Associates do not violate the firm’s rules and regulations, and any infractions must be reported immediately to the company.
The Village-region Dealer will be entitled to 10% of the company’s commission on local purchases made by clients in their village and region, after payment gateway charges are deducted. All choices on amendments or adjustments to the circular each fiscal year will be at the company’s discretion, and the Dealer must follow them.
The Dealer’s commission will be reduced by 5% TDS and 5% admin charge. In the event of death, the dealership’s advantages will be automatically passed to their nominee, who is considered the legal heir and is eligible to receive 100% of all benefits if they wish to continue as a dealer; if they are unable to manage the dealership, they will receive just 50% for the rest of their life.

CITY DEALER
Each city only allows one person to own a dealership. The cities and areas that comprise that city will be evaluated. The city dealership requires a business package of Rs 100,000, and the hom value/business value is immediately received.
By enlisting Premium Members and Business Associates, the City Dealer can cash out or return the Rs 100,000 business value. The City Dealer is responsible for informing their Business Associates and users about the services offered on the hom platform, as well as keeping them informed of any new developments on a regular basis.
It is the City Dealer’s responsibility to provide frequent training and correct direction to Business Associates in their area, as well as to ensure that they are maximizing business by enrolling an increasing number of hom customers and providing good services.
The City Dealer must ensure that the Business Associates under them provide adequate services and facilities to their clients. If any rules or regulations are broken, they should promptly notify the company.
A City Dealer must attend all district/taluka dealer meetings as well as company-wide meetings. If a City Dealer fails to attend a meeting, the company may levy a penalty of Rs 5,000 from their commission. If they miss three consecutive meetings, the corporation reserves the right to cancel their dealership, in which case they have no legal recourse against the company.
After deducting payment gateway expenses, a 3% fee will be applied to the total commission collected by the company on local purchases made by hom users in their area.
When a City Dealer’s monthly income hits one lakh rupees, they must open their own customer support center. The City Dealer will also be responsible for organizing monthly meetings at their expense to help the dealers in their area grow their businesses.
The City Dealer must fully develop their city and pay out their home worth within 6 months; failing to do so will result in the closure of their dealership. Strict guidelines apply.
The city dealership fee is non-refundable in any case.
Because hom is a digital platform, dealers and users must work with the company to resolve technological issues and faults. If they fail to do so, the corporation has the power to cancel the dealership.
In the event of death, the dealership’s benefits will be automatically transferred to their nominee, who will be deemed the legal heir and entitled to 100% of all benefits if they desire to continue as a dealer. If they are unable to run the dealership, they will only earn 50% of the benefits for the rest of their lives.
The City Dealer has no right to challenge the corporation in any circumstance.
TALUKA DEALER.
Each Taluka has only one dealer. The villages, cities, and territories that fall under that Taluka will be examined.
One must pay Rs. 2,00,000 for the Taluka dealership’s Business Package, and they will immediately receive Rs. 2,00,000 in hom value/business value. They can cash out or refund the Rs. 2,00,000 business value by becoming premium members, business associates, or city and village dealerships.
The Taluka Dealer is responsible for informing their business associates as well as city and village dealers about the services offered on the hom platform and keeping them informed of any new developments on a regular basis.
It is the Taluka Dealer’s responsibility to provide frequent training and correct direction to business associates and city/rural dealers in their area, as well as to ensure that they achieve maximum business and attract more home customers by delivering satisfactory services.
A Taluka Dealer must attend all district dealer and company-level meetings. If a Taluka Dealer does not attend the meeting, the company may assess a Rs. 5000 penalty from their commission, and if they do not attend three consecutive meetings, the company reserves the right to cancel their dealership. In this instance, they have no legal recourse against the firm.
After deducting payment gateway charges, a 3% fee will be applied to the company’s commission received on local purchases made by hom users in their area.
When a Taluka Dealer’s monthly income hits one lakh rupees, a hom Taluka customer care center must be established at their own expense. The Taluka Dealer would be required to host monthly meetings at their expense to promote the business development of the dealers in their village and area.
In the event of death, the dealership’s benefits will be automatically passed to their nominee, who will be deemed the legal heir and will be entitled to 100% of all benefits if they wish to continue as a dealer; if they are unable to operate, they will receive 50% of all benefits for the rest of their life.
Hom is a digital platform, thus in the event of technical faults or errors, dealers and users must comply with the company; if they do not, the firm reserves the right to cancel the dealership.
The Taluka Dealer must complete the development of their Taluka within 18 months; otherwise, their dealership will be canceled. Strict guidelines apply.
Every year, the corporation has the right to make adjustments to the circular.
DISTRICT/METRO DEALERS
All of the Talukas and Villages in the district will be considered inside the following district, and in the municipal area, it will be considered a metro dealership. One must pay Rs. 500,000 for both dealerships. The District/Metro Dealer would immediately receive a hom value of Rs. 500,000 for their investment, which they can cash on by joining Premium Members, Business Associates, Village, City, and Taluka Dealers in the district.
It is the District/Metro Dealer’s primary job and responsibility to supply all services and information to the Dealers and Business Associates under their supervision.
District/Metro Dealers In Their Area:
A) Increase the number of hom users so that they can access services and shop on the hom platform.
B) If any Dealers or Business Associates fail to offer proper services and facilities to their clients and violate the business’s rules and regulations, the District/Metro Dealer should notify the company promptly.
C) The District/Metro Dealer must attend all company and Taluka-level meetings as scheduled. If they do not attend the meeting, the company will deduct a Rs. 10,000 penalty from their commission, and if they do not attend three consecutive meetings, the company will terminate their dealership.
District/Metro Dealers are entitled to receive a 2% monthly commission on the profit earned by their local shopping business in their district/metro area after deducting payment gateway fees.
Every month, the corporation will withdraw 5% T.D.S. and 5% administrative fees from the District/Metro Dealers’ dealership commissions. The District/Metro Dealer should hold monthly meetings at their expense to help Taluka Dealers grow their businesses. If a District/Metro Dealer earns more than Rs. 300,000 in commissions over a three-month period, they are required to create an independent home customer service center at their expense.
All policies and regulations enacted by the state or federal governments must be obeyed by dealers.
Because hom is a digital platform, dealers must comply with the company in the event of technical challenges or errors; otherwise, the firm reserves the right to cancel the dealership.
The District Dealer is required to fully develop their district within one year; otherwise, their dealership would be cancelled. Strict guidelines apply.
In the event of death, the dealership’s benefits will be automatically transferred to their nominee, who will be deemed the legal heir and entitled to 100% of all benefits if they choose to continue as a dealer. If they are unable to run, they will receive only 50% throughout their lives.
The corporation will have the right to modify any of the information in the circular.
Team Royalty
The Company’s royalty income is calculated as 2% from the Business Partner joining package and 5% from online shopping, local shopping, and recharge. After making ten direct Business Partners and crossing ten levels, the eleventh Business Partner in either level must have at least one active Business Partner for the month.
To qualify for team royalty that month, the individual must create a minimum of 20 new Business Partners from the second to the tenth level. Team royalty income will be calculated using the total incomes collected: 5% from the combined business level Business Partners package income, 5% from local shopping income, 5% from recharge income, 5% from booking income, and 5% from online shopping income. The total income will be divided equally among all team royalty earners.
Team royalty money will be distributed every month from the 1st to the 10th. The corporation has complete authority to make changes to the circular.
COMPANY ROYALTY
Company royalty income is calculated as 2% from the Business Partners’ joining package and 5% from online shopping, local shopping, recharge, and booking. Company royalties would be dispersed in various slabs.
Team Royalty Slab: A. 10%* – 50 Premium Members = 30 Days Direct. (10% is in the form of 1GB net and unlimited calling for one year, available only to active Business Partners). B. 20% – 10 Business Partners equals 2nd Level Self. C. 30% – 100 Business Partners = 3rd Level in Team Level. D. 40% – 1000 Business Partners = 2nd to 10th Level in Team Level.
To receive company royalty benefits, you must first qualify in Slab (A). The company’s royalty income will be derived from its total global turnover. Income in each slab will be distributed equally to all achievers on a percentage basis.
A 5% TDS and administration charge will be deducted from the company’s royalty income. From the 1st to the 10th of each month, achievers will receive company royalty income. The company has full authority to make changes to the circular.
SILVER CLUB
Business Partners can earn Silver Club royalty income by referring 10 Business Partners within 30 days of registering as a Business Partner. Only those who meet this criterion will qualify.
The global Business Partners joining package provides 5% income. Business Partners who earn Silver Club royalty income by acquiring 10 direct Business Partners in a single month must acquire 20 Business Partners from the second to the tenth level by team each month. They will not receive Silver Club royalty in any month in which they do not acquire 20 new Business Partners.
The Silver Club royalty income of 5% on global Business Partners’ package joining income will be split equally among all achievers.
The income earned from Silver Club royalty will be deducted by 5% TDS and 5% admin charge. Silver Club royalty income will be distributed to achievers every month from the 1st to the 10th. The company has full authority to make changes to the circular.
DIAMONDS CLUB
Business Partners can earn Diamond Club royalty by referring 10 Business Partners at the second level and 100 Business Partners at the third level once each. They will only receive the benefit in that month if they add 300 Business Partners at the team level from levels 2 to 10.
Diamond Club royalty income will be calculated as 5% of global Business Partners’ joining package income. This income will be distributed equally to all achievers.
